Very nice article. Back when I lived in Spain, always found El País to be the best newspaper.
On the subject of the anti-smoking legislation, let me tell you that where I come from in Euskadi, the PSOE has never been that popular. This legislation did little to help their cause. The fact that Patxi ever became Lehendakari, even through coalition, is a miracle indeed.
