Turks in Bulgaria are not immigrants. They actually used to rule the place not so long so. There are many areas in the east and south of Bulgaria that are predominantly Turkish.

The EU should bring up this with the Bulgarian government

May I add much much much longer than english. Apart from Catalan its the oldest language in Europe so come to speak, naturally all broadcasts in Britain should be in Welsh or some form of Celtic.

The comparison to Welsh on the BBC is false, Welsh is not a foreign language. It is a language that has been spoken on the British isles longer than English!

Surely they will integrate better into society if they learn Bulgarian since that is their country of choice. It might sound reactionary but you go on about british tourists going to France and not speaking french and they only go there for 2 weeks etc not even live there. Why should it be any different for the turkish in Bulgaria? You don't hear arabic on the BBC and too right its Britain not Pakistan.

15% is quite the large minority. In many other countries they would make Turkish a mandatory language in schools. I can't help thinking of Swedish being spoken in Finland in a similar way.
